The Hello Collective's Summer Studio is returning this year after an exciting, enlightening and brilliant first run we want to return, bigger, better and longer. This year we are planning on offering two artists’ residencies of six weeks duration, and a further three places for two weeks.

We will live, eat and work together in the picturesque town of Cieplice, in Western Poland. Set in a plateau, surrounded by mountains you will have the opportunity to spend concentrated time working, exploring, talking and learning; whether you choose to spend your time in the studio, the garden or more further afield exploring the countryside and mountains.

We are inviting applications from every area of the visual arts. Above all this residency is about communication, sharing and the desire to develop, to learn, and to be open and honest. Artists will live and work together with the host artists in a simple, rustic and friendly environment.

The residency is the perfect opportunity for any artist looking for a new environment, a change of scene, the time and space to focus on a body of work, and those looking for close contact, conversation and critique.
